Plated jewelry has a thin layer of precious metal which can rub off with constant contact with your skin. Continual explosure to sweat, water, perfumes, lotion, body cream and chemicals present in the toiletries can tarnish the plated jewelry. To elongate the life of your jewelry just follow these simple instructions.

• Clean your jewelry only with warm water and non-corrosive soap. Do not use sterling silver polishes or other metal polish. Do not use any abrasive tools. Dry with the softest paper napkin, towel or a dry soft cloth.
• Always take your jewelry off before sleeping.
• Always take your jewelry off before any tough physical activity to keep it away from sweat.
• Keep your jewelry dry. If your plated jewelry gets wet immediatly wipe it with a soft paper towel or a dry soft cloth. Remove jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean.
• Store your jewelry in a soft-lined jewelry box to avoid any scratch and protect it from dust. We recommend you to store your plated jewelry away from direct sunlight and ideally somewhere with low humidity to avoid tarnishing silver.
