We ship worldwide from our workshop in Lisbon, Portugal via DHL to more than 100 countries. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. After making an order you will receive DHL track number, estimated delivery date and a notification that the order status has any changes.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 299 USD. For orders under 299 USD we provide fix delivery fee - 19 USD (for any country and destination).
DHL delivers packages Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. If you are not available to accept your package on the first delivery attempt, your order will be delivered to a DHL Access Point and the tracking will be updated with these details.
You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important if the courier needs additional information to insure a successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
Tajabon is committed to providing the best possible service to all our customers, which involves ensuring your items arrive with to you safely and as quickly as possible. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

At this time, we do not offer prepaid taxes and duties so we would like to inform you that shipping to your destination could incur customs charges. It means that the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and customs charges in accordance with the applicable local laws. Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we will be unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, returns for refunds will be accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original labels and tags attached and must not have been worn, damaged, used or altered.
Returns must be made via UPS / DHL.
We do not currently offer free returns. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments (according UPS / DHL delivery rates) and coordinating with courier. Return shipment costs will be reimbursed if we delivered a different item by mistake or a defective item or estimated delivery time is significantly delayed.

Notice, please: we cannot accept returns on earrings or pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons. Customised engraved pieces are also non-returnable/non-refundable. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
We will proceed to reimburse the full amount of the product price using the same means of payment you used for your initial transaction. The reimbursement will be made within 7 working days following receipt of the merchandise in our warehouses. The customer will not be reimbursed for shipping return expenses.
Manufacturing defect
A warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from date of purchase on the TAJABON website.
Manufacturing defects are rare. Before a jewelry piece gets into stores and is published on the website, several people examine it at different stages. We check the quality of all our jewelry, but on rare occasion we might miss something.
If a jewelry piece breaks within the warranty period and a manufacturing defect is identified, we fix it for free. If the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we can fix it at your expense.

Plating
Plating wearing off is not a defect, but a natural aging process of your well-loved jewelry.
Plating is covered by warranty for 45 days. After this period we can re-plate the jewelry at your expense.

Warranty service and refund do not apply in case of:
