SHIPPING POLICY

At TAJABON, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and affordably. All orders are shipped from Portugal and include tracking and insurance.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (DPD Classic / Pickup Points)

Available within the European Union

• Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days

• Flat rate: €8 to Pickup Points, €12 to home addresses

• Includes tracking and delivery confirmation

• You can choose a nearby Pickup Point during checkout

Express Shipping (DHL Express / UPS)

Available for EU and international orders (USA, UK, Canada, Australia)

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

• Flat rate: €25–35, depending on destination

• Best for urgent or high-value orders

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the EU on orders over €200.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates may vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.


Pickup Point Delivery (EU only)

If you choose delivery to a Pickup Point (via DPD), you can select the most convenient location during checkout.

• Parcels are held at pickup points for 5–7 business days

• You will receive a notification once your parcel is ready for collection

• A valid ID is required for pickup


Unclaimed Pickup Orders

If a parcel is not collected from the pickup point within the designated period, it will be automatically returned to us.

• The original shipping cost and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

• A €5 handling/restocking fee may apply

• If you wish to have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee

We encourage you to track your parcel and collect it promptly to avoid delays or deductions.


Packaging

All TAJABON jewelry is carefully packed in branded, shock-resistant and moisture-protected gift boxes.


Shipping Issues or Delays

TAJABON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Refund

How to make a return

At TAJABON, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

➤ The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

➤ All original packaging, labels, and documentation must be intact.

➤ Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

➤ Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

➤ All return shipments must include a valid tracking number. Untracked returns will not be accepted or refunded. TAJABON is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@tajabon.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

3. Once confirmed, you must ship the item within 7 days of receiving our instructions.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


Items Not Eligible for Return

➤ Custom-made or personalized items.

➤ Earrings and piercing jewelry (due to hygiene regulations, if packaging has been opened).

➤ Items that show signs of use, wear, or damageItems returned without original packaging or accessories

➤ E-Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned


International Orders

We accept returns from the EU, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and other international destinations. Please note: any return shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
